Being a By-law to authorize the
signing of a Release of Golden Boy
Investments Limited
The Corporation of the Township of Pickering enacts as
follows:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to
sign a Release of Golden Boy Investments Limited
with respect to certain works and undertakings
for which letters of credit in the amount of
$336,000.00 were lodged.
By-law '7read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED
this 3l day of December, 1973
