Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of a Deed dated December 3rd,
1973 between F.T. Developments Limited
and the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering.
The Corporation of the Township of Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That the Reeve and the Clerk be authorized to
execute a Deed with F.T. Developments Limited,
covering the exchange of certain lands for park
purposes.
