Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of a Deed dated December 3rd,
1973, between Odeon Theatres Limited
and the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering
The Corporation of the Township of Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and the Clerk be authorized to execute
a Deed with Odeon Theatres Limited, covering the
exchange of certain lands for park purposes.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED
