Being a By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to amend By-law
Number 4441/73

WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering passed By-law Number 4441/73 on November 5th
1973 which stopped up and closed part of Blocks G & R,
Plan 331, in the Township of Pickering; and
WHEREAS part of the legal description of the property
was omitted from Schedule "A" of the said By-law
Number 4441/73;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering hereby enacts as follows:
1. That Schedule "A" of By-law Number 4441/73 be
amended by adding thereto the following:
THENCE easterly along said parallel line to
a point of intersection with the northerly
production of the east limit of the said
Lot 93, a distance of 120.0 feet
THENCE southerly along said northerly production,
a distance of 12.83 feet more or less to the
Point of Commencement.
2. That By-law Number 4441/73 is amended only to
the extent necessary to give effect to the
provisions of this By-law and the effect of
By-law Number 4441/73 which was to stop up,
close and sell Part of Blocks G & R, Plan 331
is hereby confirmed.
