Being a By-Law to authorize the execution
of an offer to Purchase dated the 5th day of
November, 1973, between the Township of
Pickering and Ingersoll Casket Co.Ltd.
The Corporation of the Township of Pickerin„ enacts as
follows,
1. That the Reeve and iwhiPg-Clerk be authorized
to execute an Offer to Purchase dated the 5th day of
November, 1973, between the Corporation o` the Township
of Pickering and Ingersoll Casket Co.Ltd.,
By-Law read a First, Second and Third Time and
PASSED this day of November, 1973.
