BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering and Gabriel Collicchia,
Donato Collicchia and Frank Collicchia.
The Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Acting Clerk be authorized
to execute an Agreement dated the Sth day of
November, 1973, between the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering and Gabriel Collicchia,
Donato Collicchia and Frank Collicchia,
trading as Collicchia Investments.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED
in open Council this S.I day of N,001N M , 1973.
