BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of an Agreement dated the 5th day of
November, 1973, between the Township of
Pickering and The Altona Community
Co-Operative Day Nursery.
The Corporation of the Township of Pickering enacts
as follows:
1. That the Reeve and Acting Clerk be authorized
to execute an Agreement dated the 5th day of
November, 1973, between the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering and The Altona
Community CoOperative Day Nursery.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and
PASSED this S.74 day of November, 1973.
