Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of an Agreement dated the 5th day of: November,
1973, between the Township of Pickering and
The Martyn Day Care Nursery School.
The Corporation of the Township of Pickering enacts
as follows;
1. That the Reeve and Acting Clerk be authorized to
execute an Agreement dated the 5th day of November, 1973,
between the CorporaLion of the Township of Pickering and
Martyn Day Care Nursery School.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and
PASSED this S-Z/. day of November, 1973.
