Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of an Easement Agreement dated the 26th
day of October, 1973, between the Township
of Pickering and Ernest L. Stroud.
The Corporation of the Township of Pickering enacts
as follows:
1. That the Reeve and Acting Clerk be authorized
to execute an Easement Agreement dated the 26th
day of October, 1973, between the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering and Ernest L. Stroud.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and
PASSED this cZ9? day of October, 1973.
