Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of an Offer to Sell dated the 29th day of
October, 1973, between the Township of
Pickering and Ontario Housing Corporation,
concerning Part Block "L", Concession 1.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
has agreed to purchase Part of Block "L", Concession 1 from
Tamay Realty Limited;
AND WHEREAS the Township of Pickering has agreed to
sell the said Part Block "L", Concession 1 to Ontario Housing
Corporation for the same consideration;
The Corporation of the Township of Pickering enacts
as follows:
1. That the Reeve and Acting Clerk be authorized
to execute an Offer to Sell dated the 29th day
of October, 1973, between the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering and Ontario Housing
Corporation.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and
PASSED this ?q day of October, 1973.
