BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of an Offer to Sell dated the 29th day of
October, 1973, between the Township of
Pickering and Tamay Realty Limited
concerning Part Block "L", Concession 1.
WHEREAS Tamay Realty Limited has offered to sell to
the Corporation of the Township of Pickering Part of Block "L",
Concession 1 in the Township of Pickering;
AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
has agreed to accept this Offer of Sale;
The Corporation of the Township of Pickering enacts
as follows:
1. That the Reeve and Acting Clerk be authorized
to execute an Offer to Sell dated the 29th day
of October, 1973, between the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering and Tamay Realty Limited.
