Being a restricted area by-laW to
implement the Official Plan of the
Township of Pickering in Parts of
Lots 26, 27 and 28, Range III,
Township of Pickering.
Whereas the Council of the Corporation
of the Township of Pickering deems it
desireable to further amend the provisions
of By-laws 2511 and 2520;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering enacts as follows:
SECTION 1: SCHEDULE 'A' AMENDMENTS
1. Schedule 'A' of By-law Number 2511 be and the
same is hereby amended by altering the Highway
Commercial Zone 'C3' designation in Part Lot
28, Range III to read Highway Commercial Zone
'(H)C3' as shown as Item 1 on Schedule 'A'
attached hereto.
2. Schedule 'A' of By-law Number 2511 be and the
same is hereby amended by altering the one-Family
Detached Dwelling Third Density Zone 'R3'
designation in Part Lot 28, Range III to read
One-Family Detached Dwelling Third Density Zone
'(14)R3' as shown as Item 2 on schedule 'A'
attached hereto.
3. Schedule 'A' of By-law Number 2511 be and the
same is hereby amended by altering the General
Commercial Zone 'C2' designation in Part Lot 28,
Range III to read General Commercial Zone '(H)C2'
as shorn as Item 3 on Schedule 'A' attached
hereto.
Schedule 'A' of By-law Number 2520 be and the
same is hereby amended by altering the General
Commercial Zone 'C2' designation on the whole of
Block R, Registered Plan M-19 to read General
Commercial zone °(H)C2' as shown as Item 4 on
Schedule 'A' attached hereto.
5. Schedule 'A' of By-law Number 2520 be and the
same is hereby amended by altering the Highway
Commercial Zone 'C3' designation on the whole
of Block B, Registered Plan NI-20 to read Highway
Commercial Zone '(H)C3' as shown as Item 5 on
Schedule 'A' attached hereto.
SECTION 2:
By-laws 2511 and 2520 be and the same are hereby amended only
to the extent necessary to give effect to the provisions of
this by-law.
SECTION 3:
No part of this By-law shall come into force without the
- 2 -
approval of the Ontario PIunicipal Board, but subject to
such approval, the By-law shall take effect from the
date of passing thereof.
