Being a by-law to authorize the execution
of an Agreement between Frank T. Ross &
Sons (1962) Limited and the Corporation
of the Township of Pickering.
WHEREAS Frank T. Ross & Sons (1962) Limited is the
registered owner of Part of Lots 147, 150 to 154
inclusive and Part of Blocks A, D & K, Plan 319,
in the Township of Pickering;
AND WHEREAS it has applied to and obtained permission
from the Committee of Adjustment for the Corporation
to divide its lands;
AND WHEREAS a condition of said consent was that it
enter into an Agreement with respect to the
development of the lands;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that Council authorize the
Reeve and Acting Clerk to execute an Agreement between
the Township of Pickering and Frank T. Ross & Sons
(1962) Limited.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and
PASSED this 22061 day of October, 1973.
