Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of a Release by the
Corporation of the Township of
Pickering.
The Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That the Reeve and the Acting Clerk be authorized
to sign a Release in favour of Domal Industries
Limited and Dominion A1-Chrome Corporation Limited
in consideration of the sum of $17,000.00 for claim
plus $4,000.00 for costs as full and final settle-
ment of an action instituted in the Supreme Court
of Ontario by the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering, being Action No. 7100/67.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED
in open Council this 16th day of October, 1973.
