BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
the Hydro Electric Power Commission
of Ontario and the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering.
The Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Acting Clerk be authorized
to execute an Agreement dated the 21st day of
August, 1973, between the Hydro Electric Power
Commission of Ontario and the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED
in open Council this 'day of 1973.
