BY-LAW NUMBER Being a by-law to repeal
By-law 1923.
WHEREAS an Agreement was entered into between the
Corporation of the Township of Pickering and The
Frenchman's Bay Ratepayers' and Community Association
of Fairport, Ontario, whereby lands were leased to the
Township for a greenbelt and recreation facility;
AND WHEREAS a condition of the said Agreement was that
By-law 1923, being a by-law to establish a Community
Centre at Frenchman's Bay, would be rescinded;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED
that By-law 1923 be and the same is hereby repealed.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED
in open Council this day of ?'eZZ? / 1973.
