Being a by-law to authorize
the execution of an agreement
between Comrie Lumber Company
Limited and the Corporation
of the Township of Pickering.
The Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Acting Clerk be authorized
to execute a Site Plan Agreement dated the
31st day of August, 1973, between Comrie
Lumber Company Limited and the Corporation
of the Township of Pickering.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED
in open Council this J i day of 1973.
