Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an Agreement between
the Township of Pickering and Rulor
Developments Limited
WHEREAS Rulor Developments Limited is the registered owner in
fee simple of Lots 29, 30, 31, 32, 44, 45, 46, and 47, Registered
Plan 320;
AND WHEREAS Rulor has applied to and obtained permission from the
Committee of Adjustment for the Corporation to re-divide the said
lands into eight lots, the application having been made necessary
as a result of the said lands being registered previously in the
name of one individual owner;
AND WHEREAS the Committee of Adjustment has consented to and
granted the necessary permission for such re-division subject to
certain conditions, one of which conditions was that Rulor would
remove from the lands the existing dwelling;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that Council authorize the Reeve and
Clerk to execute an Agreement between the Township of Pickering
and Rulor Developments Limited, dated August 15, 1973.
