A by-law of the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering to
amend By-law #4276/73, being a
by-law for limiting the number
of Automobile Service Stations
and Public Garages.
WHEREAS application has been made by Superparket Limited for
operation of a service station in the Township of Pickering,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED and it is hereby enacted as follows:
1. Paragraph 1.A of By-law 4276/73 is hereby amended by
deleting "44" therefrom and replacing in its place and
stead "45".
2. Appendix A of said By-law 4276/73 is hereby amended by
adding thereto:
SUPERPARKET LIMITED Pt. S 1/2 Lot 22, Conc. 1
#2 Highway/Liverpool Road A
3. That By-law 4276/73 is repealed only to the extent necessary
to give effect to the provisions of this by-law.
