BY-LAW NUMBER
A by-law of the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering to amend
By-law Number 4382/73, being a
by-law to authorize the construction
of sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer
connections in the Rosebank area.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering deems it expedient to redefine Local Improvement
Area No. 27;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the local improvement area as outlined on a map
marked Schedule "A" hereto annexed and forming a part
of this by-law shall repeal and stand in the place and
stead of Schedule "A" annexed and forming a part of
By-law 4382/73.
2. THAT the words:
"Right-of-Way South of Rodd Ave. Rodd Ave. EAst Limit of
Right-of-Way
are hereby deleted from Schedule "B" of By-law 4382/72.
3. THAT By-law 4382/73 is repealed only to the extent
necessary to give effect to the provisions of this
by-law.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED this
