execution of an Agreement dated

between the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering and F. T.
Developments Ltd.
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
an Agreement dated the 16th day of August, 1973,
between the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and F. T. Developments Ltd.
By-law read a first, second and third time and passed
in open Council this day of ?;? 1973.
