BY-LAW NUMBER
A by-law of the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering to
authorize the Reeve and Clerk to
execute an Agreement between the
Township and the Frenchman's Bay
Ratepayers and Community
Association of Fairport, Ontario.
WHEREAS the Frenchman's Bay Ratepayers and Community
Association have agreed to lease to the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering a parcel of land being
composed of part of Block "A" of Registered Plan #407.
AND WHEREAS the Township of Pickering will continue to
provide and maintain at no expense or liability to the
Frenchman's Bay Ratepayers and Community Association
a green belt and recreation facility for the benefit of
the residents of the Frenchman's Bay area.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Township of Pickering that the Reeve and the Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized to sign an agreement to lease
between the Frenchman's Bay Ratepayers and Community Association
and the Corporation of the Township of Pickering.
