BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a by-law to provide for the
sale of part of Lotiq in Range 3,
Broken Front Concession of the
Township of Pickering to
Warner & Jekabsons Ltd.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Pickering is the
owner in fee simple of the land and premises described in
the Township of Pickering;
AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
entered into an agreement of purchase and sale with Warner &
Jekabsons Ltd. to purchase the land in Part Lot in Range 3,
Broken Front Concession of the Township of Pickering shown on
sketch plan attached hereto and forming a part of this by-law,

containing pn( acres for the sum of $ 13.OC)o per acre.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED:
1. That that part of Lot h'in Range 3, Broken Front Concession
of the Township of Pickering as described in agreement of
purchase and sale dated ;... 1973, be sold to
Warner & Jekabsons Ltd. in accordance with the terms and
conditions contained in the said agreement of purchase
and sale.
2. That the Reeve and the Acting Clerk of the Township of
Pickering be and are hereby authorized and instructed to
execute, on behalf of the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering, a deed of the said lands to the said
Warner & Jekabsons Ltd. for the purpose of carrying out
the said sale and to affix thereto the Corporate seal of
the Corporation.
Read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in open Council
this day of 1973.
