Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement of
purchase and sale between the
Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and Circle F (Canada)
Limited.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the sale of 5..639 acres of land to Circle F
(Canada) Limited be authorized.
2. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
an Agreement made between the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering and Circle F (Canada)
Limited dated April 13, 1973.
By-Law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
in open Council this z st[ day of , 1973.
