BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and the West Rouge Canoe
Club.
WHEREAS there has been organized in the Township a Canoe
Club;
AND WHEREAS the Canoe Club so formed shall under the
guidance and with the assistance of the Council augment the
parks and recreation opportunities available to the citizens
of the area;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Reeve and Clerk be
authorized to sign an agreement between the West Rouge Canoe
Club and the Corporation of the Township of Pickering.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in
open Council this day of 1973.
