BY-LAW NUMBER
A by-law of the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering to
authorize the execution of an
agreement between the Township
of Pickering and Harvey Hubbell
Canada Limited
WHEREAS Harvey Hubbell Canada Limited is the owner of certain
lands and premises in the Township of Pickering being part
of Lot N 1/2 of the South half of Lot 19, Range 3,
Broken Front Concession;
AND WHEREAS the Township has established a one foot reserve
along the boundary of the lands adjacent to Dillingham Road
running from West to East;
AND WHEREAS the Company is desirous of expanding its present
facilities and requires a temporary means of access to its
property across the Township's one foot reserve;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Council hereby agrees to
grant temporary access across the one foot reserve on
Dillingham Road and authorizes the Reeve and Clerk to
execute an agreement with Harvey Hubbell Canada Limited
setting out the terms and conditions therein.
