HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 4369/73?R0 a TO FORM THE BY-LAW NUMBER 3 73 A by-law of the Corporation of the Township of Pickering to authorize the execution of an agreement between Pineridge Management Construction and the Township of Pickering. WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Pickering has authorized the construction of Dillingham Road in part Lot 19, Broken Front Range 3; AND WHEREAS the said road extends and runs parallel to the North boundary to lands presently owned by Harvey Hubbell Canada Limited; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Pickering created a 1 ft. reserve along the South limit of the road allowance from East to West bounded by the lands owned by Harvey Hubbell for purposes of controlling future access to Dillingham Road; AND WHEREAS Harvey Hubbell Canada Limited, through its agents Pineridge Management Construction has requested temporary access over this one foot reserve for purposes of constructing a further 32,000 sq. ft. of industrial building; AND WHEREAS Council have agreed to provide temporary access over the one foot reserve subject to Pineridge Management Construction entering into an agreement, agreeing to the installation and removal of said culvert- all subject to the specifications and approval of the Township Engineer; BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Council of the Township of Pickering authorize the temporary access over the one foot reserve from Dillingham Road to the Harvey Hubbell Canada Ltd. land in Part Lot 19, B.F.R.3; and further authorize the Reeve and Clerk to execute the agreement.
