Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of a Site Plan Agreement
dated the 8th day of May, 1973,
between the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering and Comsa
Holdings Limited.
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
a Site Plan Agreement dated the 8th day of May,
1973, between the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and Comsa Holdings Limited.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
in open Council this LLL?L day of , 1973.
