HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 4362/73THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING BY-LAW NUMBER Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Site Plan Agreement between the Township of Pickering and Ralph Pypker WHEREAS Ralph Pypker is the owner of 14.73 acres more or less as described in a deed registered as Number 24526 Pickering, said lands situate, lying and being in the Township of Pickering in the County of Ontario and being composed of part of Lot 9, Concession VIII; AND WHEREAS the said lands are located within the area con- trolled by the Ministerial Order; AND WHEREAS the approved amendments to the Minister's Zoning order has been received affecting these lands permitting the erection of a single family dwelling; AND WHEREAS by Resolution #360/72 the Council of the Township of Pickering as a condition of approval requires the said Ralph Pypker to enter into a site plan agreement; AND WHEREAS by Resolution #360/72 the Council of the Township of Pickering as a condition of approval requires the said Ralph Pypker to enter into an agreement satisfactory to Council that the existing dwelling will be discontinued for that purpose; BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Council do now enter into the following with Ralph Pypker: (1) A Site Plan Agreement (2) An agreement to prohibit the use of the existing dwelling for purposes of human habitation within 90 days of the issue to him of an occupancy permit. AND FURTHER, that the Council authorize the Reeve and Clerk to execute the said agreements. By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this Z/ ? day o f 1973. i J ?. Clerk
