BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement of purchase
and sale between the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering and Orangebrook
Developments Limited.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the sale of 30 acres of land to Orangebrook
Developments Ltd, be authorized.
2. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
an Agreement made between the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering and Orangebrook Developments
Limited dated February 2, 1973.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED in
