BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
the Township of Pickering and
Alliance Building Corporation
Limited. (C4/73)
WHEREAS Alliance Building Corporation Limited are required to enter
into an agreement with the Township of Pickering on part Lot 20,
Range III, B. F. Concession of the said Township, the land so
affected is described as follows:
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises
situate lying and being in the Township of Pickering, in the County
of Ontario and being composed of Part of Lot 20, Range 3, Broken Front
Concession, containing by admeasurement 1.125 acres and being further
designated as PART 2 on a Reference Plan registered in the Land
Titles Office at Whitby as Number 40R-WR 82;
AND WHEREAS the said agreement with Council is to be registered
against the title of the above described lands;
AND WHEREAS the said agreement will ensure that any purchaser of the
lands as described herein would have to enter into a site plan
agreement with Council prior to issuance of any building permits;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to
execute the agreement dated April 2, 1973.
