WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering deems it advisable to extend the boundaries as shown
in Schedule "A" attached to said By-law 3260.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering enacts as follows:
A. Schedule Amendment
1. By-law Number 3260 is hereby amended by deleting Schedule
"A" attached thereto and by substituting therefor Schedule
"Al" as attached hereto.
B. That By-law Number 3036 as amended by By-law 3260 is hereby
amended only to the extent necessary to give effect to the
provisions of this By-law.
C. No part of this By-law shall come into force without
the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but subject to
such approval, the By-law shall take effect from the
day of passing thereof.
