Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
the Township of Pickering and
Alliance Building Corporation
Limited. CC87/721
WHEREAS Alliance Building Corporation Limited are required
to enter into an agreement with the Township of Pickering
on part Lot 19, Range III, B. F. Concession of the said
Township, the land so affected is described as follows:
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate lying and being in the Township of Pickering,
in the County of Ontario, and being composed of Part of
Township Lot 19, Broken Front Concession, Range 3, of the
said Township, which said parcel may be more particularly
described as follows:
PREMISING that the easterly limit of the said Lot has an
astronomic bearing of North 17° 09' West and relating all
bearings herein thereto;
COMMENCING at a point in the interior of the said Lot which
said point may be located as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeasterly angle of the said lot;
THENCE southerly along the easterly limit of the said
lot a distance of 330.00 feet to a point therein;
THENCE south 73 degrees 01 minutes 10 seconds west a
distance of 83.29 feet to the site of an iron pipe;
THENCE south 72 degrees 37 minutes 40 seconds west a
distance of 1119.88 feet to an iron bar found at the
intersection with the easterly limit of the lands of
the Hydro Electric Power Commission of Ontario;
THENCE south 18 degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds east
along the last mentioned limit a distance of 630.67
feet to a point therein and the point of commencement;
THENCE north 72 degrees 37 minutes 40 seconds east a
distance of 360.25 feet to an iron bar found in the
westerly limit of Dillingham Road;
THENCE north 17 degrees 09 minutes west along the last
mentioned limit a distance of 180.58 feet to an iron bar
planted;
THENCE south 72 degrees 37 minutes 40 seconds west a
distance of 363.72 feet to an iron bar planted in the
said easterly limit of the Hydro Electric Power Commission
of Ontario lands;
THENCE south 18 degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds east along
the last mentioned limit a distance of 180.60 feet more
or less to the point of commencement.

AND WHEREAS the said agreement with Council is to be registered
against the title of the above described lands;
AND WHEREAS the said agreement will ensure that any purchaser
of the lands as described herein would have to enter into a
site plan agreement with. Council prior to issuance of any
building permits;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the Reeve and Clerk be authorized
to execute the agreement dated February 7th, 1973.
