By-Law Number 3
Being a By-law to authorize the Reeve
and Clerk to execute an agreement
between T. W. Beddall, Architect, and
the Township of Pickering.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Pickering is
proposing to construct Club Houses for the Dun-Moore and Sandy
Beach Road Athletic Fields;
AND WHEREAS by Resolution #30/73, the Council have retained the
services of Mr. T. W. Beddall, Architect, to design and
supervise the construction of the said Club Houses;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Reeve and Clerk are authorized
to execute the agreement between T. W. Beddall, Architect, and
the Corporation of the Township of Pickering.
By-Law read a first, second and third time and passed in open
