Being a By-law to authorize the Reeve
and Clerk to execute an agreement
between T. W. Beddall, Architect, and
the Township of Pickering.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township is proposing to construct
a second ice pad to be built at the Don Beer Sports Arena;
AND WHEREAS by Resolution #388/72, the Council have retained the
services of Mr. T. W. Beddall, Architect, to design and supervise
the construction of the second ice pad at the Don Beer Sports
Arena;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Reeve and Clerk are authorized
to execute the agreement between T. W. Beddall, Architect, and
the Corporation of the Township of Pickering.
By-law read a first, second and third time and passed in open
Council this 19 day of 1973.
