Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement dated
February 20, 1973, between the
Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and Proctor and Redfern
Ltd.
WHEREAS the Township of Pickering has requested the firm of
Proctor and Redfern Limited to perform services related to
the revision of existing data and assist in the preparation
of an Interim Development Plan for Districts 14, 15, and 16
of the Township of Pickering;
AND WHEREAS the form of agreement has been submitted by the
firm of Proctor and Redfern Limited setting out the services
to be provided;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the Reeve and Clerk be authorized
to execute the standard form of agreement between the
Corporation of the Township of Pickering and Proctor and
Redfern Limited dated February 20, 1973.
By-law read a First, Second and Third time and passed in
