Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
Bromwick Investments Limited and
the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering.
WHEREAS Council has reviewed and adopted the draft
form of agreement as prepared by the Township
Solicitor between Bromwick Investments Limited and
the Corporation of the Township of Pickering, the
Council of the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute an
agreement between Bromwick Investments Ltd. and the
Corporation of the Township of Pickering for a Plan of
Subdivision on Part Lot 34, Range 2, Broken Front
Concession of the Township of Pickering consisting of
lots.
By-law read a first, second and third time and passed
in open Council this /day of ?1 1973.
