BY-LAW NUMBER 3 r+ J 73
Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
the Township of Pickering and
Alliance Building Corporation
Limited.
WHEREAS Alliance Building Corporation Limited are required
to enter into an agreement with the Township of Pickering on
part of Lot 20, Broken Front Concession Range 3 of the said
Township, and being Part 3 on a Plan of Survey of Record
filed in the Office of Land Titles at Whitby as No. 40 R;854
AND WHEREAS the said agreement with Council is to be registered
against the title of the land;
AND WHEREAS the said agreement will ensure that any purchaser
of the lands as described in the said agreement, would have
to enter into a Site Plan Agreement with Council prior to
issuance of any building permits;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the Reeve and Clerk be
authorized to execute the agreement dated December 4th,
1972.
By-law read a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and PASSED this
