A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to appoint
members to the Township of Pickering
Committee of Adjustment.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Pickering that:

The Committee of Adjustment shall consist of five (5)
members appointed at large.
The following members are hereby appointed as members
for the period indicated:
David Hawthorne
To January 1, 1976
The following shall continue as members for the
periods indicated:
T. Richardson
A. D. Holmes
Miss Edna Green
H. Van Der Driesschen
To January 1, 1975
To January 1, 1975
To January 1, 1974
To January 1, 1974
The members shall hold office until replaced by another
by-law.
The members shall be paid $ 19.09 per diem, plus l5_
cents per mile necessarily travelled in this capacity.
By-Law #4116/72 as amended by By-law #4253/72 be
and the same are hereby repealed.
This By-law shall become effective on date of passing.
