THE CORPORATION OF THE TOW14SHIP OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER. 7-3
A By-law of the Municipal Corporation
of the Township of Pickering to appoint
a Community Centres Board to manage and
administer certain Community Centres and
Athletic Fields within the Township of
Pickering in conformity with the Community
Centres Act and the Regulations made
thereunder.
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering enacts as follows:
(I) That the following named persons comprise a duly
appointed Community Centres Board for the year 1973.
a) Reeve John R. Williams
b) Deputy Reeve G. Ashe
c) Councillor John E. Anderson
d) Councillor Mrs. J. L. McPherson
e) Councillor D. Kitchen
f) Councillor K. Matheson
f) Councillor D. Quick
(1I) That the above named duly appointed Board administer
the following Community Centres and Athletic Fields.
1. Brougham Community Centre

(III) That the above named duly appointed Board administer
and manage the above named Community Centres and
Athletic Fields in conformity with the Community
Centres Act, R.S.O. 1970, and the Regulations made
thereunder.
(IV) By-Law #4105/72 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in open
Council this day of 1973.
