WHEREAS the Committee of Adjustment for the Township of Pickering ented to a conveyance of land by Victor William Rudik and Patricia ces Rudik for the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto, subject he lands being conveyed to the Township for use as a public highway it is deemed necessary to dedicate the said lands as a public highway. NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED by the Council of The oration of the Township of Pickering that the lands described in dule "A" hereto annexed are hereby dedicated as a public highway. READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and passed in open Council day of A =W 1973 1 Reeve l SCHEDULE "A" LLL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises 'ituate lying and being in the Township of Pickering in the County of )ntario, containing by admeasurement 0.078 acres, being composed of )art of Lot 30, Concession 1, which said parcel of land may be more >articularly described as follows: 'REMISING that the Westerly limit of the road allowance between Lots 10 and 31, Concession 1, has a bearing of North 17 degrees, 10 minutes, 10 seconds West, and relating all bearings herein thereto; 'OMMENCING at a point in the westerly limit of the said Lot 30, distant 1,240.46 feet measured South-easterly thereon from the North-west angle )f Lot 30, Concession 1; 'HENCE North 72 degrees, 39 minutes, 10 seconds East, along the limit )etween the North and South halves of Lot 30, Concession 1, a distance )f 10.00 feet to a point therein; 'HENCE South 17 degrees, 10 minutes, 00 seconds East, a distance of 141.00 feet to a point; 'HENCE South 72 degrees 39 minutes, 10 seconds West, a distance of 10.00 .eet more or less to a point in the Westerly limit of Lot 30, Concession 1; 'HENCE North 17 degrees, 10 minutes, 00 seconds West, along the last ientioned limit, a distance of 341.00 feet more or less to the point of !ommencement. :ESERVING unto the Grantors, their heirs, executors, administrators, tssigns and successors in title, until such time as the lands hereby !onveyed have been dedicated as a public highway, a right-of-way for all purposes of ingress and egress over, upon and along the lands hereby !onveyed for the benefit of the lands owned by the Grantors lying .mmediately adjacent thereto to Rosebank Road.
