HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 4278/72 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING BY-LAW being a by-law to dedicate certain lands as public highways. WHEREAS the Committee of Adjustment for the Township of Pickering consented to a conveyance of land by Fritz Koebisch and Elly Koebisch for the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto, sub- ject to the lands being conveyed to the Township for use as a public highway and it is deemed necessary to dedicate the said lands as a public highway. NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED by the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Pickering that the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto annexed are hereby dedicated as a public highway. Reeve i bn .1 Clerk ) J SCHEDULE "A" ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate lying and being in the Township of Pickering, County and Province of Ontario, being composed of part of Lot 27, in Range 3, of the Broken Front Concession, of said Township of Pickering, the boundaries of said parcel are described as follows: THE BEARINGS mentioned hereafter are astronomic and refer to the bearings as shown on Deposited Plan No. 729 (highways); COMMENCING at a point in the North limit of said Lot 27 distant 247.33 feet measured North 72 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds East therein from the northwest angle thereof; THENCE North 72 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds East along said North limit a distance of 160.0 feet; THENCE South 15 degrees 37 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 17.01 feet to a point; THENCE South 72 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds West parallel to the said North Limit of said Lot 27 a distance of 159.28 feet to a point; THENCE North 17 degrees 53 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of 17.0 feet to the point of commencement, more particularly shown on Plan of Survey prepared by Donevan and Fleischmann Limited dated September 7, 1972, as No. 22167.
