WHEREAS the Committee of Adjustment for the Township of Pickering consented to conveyances Petty, Walters, Bosak and Chillery described as firstly to sixthly in subject to lands being conveyed to highway and it is deemed necessary public highways. of land by Clarke & Wittig, Porter, Construction Limited for the lands Schedule "A" hereto,respectively the Township for use as a public to dedicate the said lands as NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED by the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Pickering that the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto annexed are hereby dedicated as public highways.
