THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING

Being a by-law to dedicate certain
lands as a public highway
WHEREAS the Committee of Adjustment for the Township of
Pickering consented to a conveyance of land by Flo-Moe
Investments Limited for lands described in Schedule "A"
hereto subject to the land being conveyed to the Township
for use as a public highway and it is deemed necessary to
dedicate the said lands as public highways;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED by the
Council of the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
that the lands described in Schedule"A" hereto annexed are
hereby dedicated as a public highway.

Schedule "A" to By-Law #2_
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of
land and premises situate lying and being in the
Township of Pickering, in the County of Ontario and
Province of Ontario, being composed of part of lot
30, in the First Concession of the said Township,
said parcel or tract being described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point; in the southerly limit of said
lot 30 distant westerly in said limit sixty-six feet
(66') from an iron bar marking the southeast angle
of said lot 30;
THENCE westerly in and along said south limit one hundred
and twenty-one feet three inches (12113") to a stake
planted;
THENCE northerly parallel with the easterly limit of
said lot a distance of seventeen feet (17'1 to a point;
THENCE easterly parallel with the said southerly limit
of lot 30 a distance of one hundred and twenty-one feet
three inches (12113"1 to a point;
THENCE southerly parallel with the said easterly limit
of lot 30 a distance of seventeen feet (17') more or
less to the place of beginning.
