BY-LAW NUMBERL
Being a by-law to provide for the sale
of part of Lot 19 in Range 3 of the
Township of Pickering to Alfa Machine
and Tool Company Limited.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Pickering is the
owner in fee simple of the land and premises described in the
Township of Pickering.
AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Pickering entered
into an agreement of purchase and sale with Alfa Machine and Tool
Company Limited to purchase the land in Lot 19 in Range 3 of the
Township of Pickering designated as PARTS 1 and 2 on reference
plan 4OR-803 containing 1 acre for the sum of $11,500.00' per acre.
AND THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED:
1. That that part of Lot 19 in Range 3 of the Township of
Pickering as described in agreemen? of purchase and sale dated
October 20th, 1972, be sold to Alfa Machine and Tool Company
Limited in accordance with the terms and conditions contained
in the said agreement of purchase of sale.
2. That the Reeve and the Clerk of the Township of Pickering
be and are hereby authorized and instructed to execute, on behalf
of the Corporation of the Township of Pickering, a deed of the
said lands to the said Alfa Machine and Tool Company Limited
for the purpose of carrying out the said sale and to affix thereto
the Corporate seal of the Corporation.
