A by-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to amend
By-law 4171/72 - a by-law to appoint
members to the Township of Pickering
Committee of Adjustment
WHEREAS Mr. E. G. Allman, a member of the Pickering
Township Committee of Adjustment has given notice of
resignation from this Committee;
AND WHEREAS it will be necessary to fill the vacancy
as a result of this member's resignation;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of
the Township of Pickering that Edna Green be appointed
to the Committee of Adjustment to complete the unexpired
term of Mr. E. G. Allman, terminating January 1, 1974.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
in open Council this 2nd day of October , 1972.
