Being a By-law to provide for the
assumption by the Township of
Pickering of certain underground
services in Bay Ridges
WHEREAS Consolidated Building Corporation Limited has developed
the Bay Ridges Subdivision and in accordance with an agreement
thereto, has constructed certain underground services to the
satisfaction of the Township Engineer;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable for the Township, by By-law,
to formally accept such underground services and assume the same
for maintenance.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Township of Pickering -
1. That the sewers and watermains and appurtenances thereto
on the registered Plans of Subdivision all of Registered
Planv MIO5 and M106, be assumed as municipal services from
and after the date of passage of this By-law.
