'?1 717. Ar Sy-Law 4104/72 passed on tine day of
1972, amends i3y-Law 1979 so as to r>quira a nninimum sidevard
wetback of twenty-five feet (25') where a commercial zone
flanks any other zone.
AND IH7?,A.S Smid Construction Linited has an existing build-
ing, in a flanking industrial zone with a ten foot (10') side-
yard setback and has indicated its desire to expand the exist-
ing building with a similar sidoayard setback.

1. ly-Law 1973 passed on the day of /fi%carn?v , 19-,rr,
as amended by By-Lana 4104, be and the same is hereby
amended by adding the following sentence to Section
7. 1. 2 thereof:-
"Provided that this exception shall not apply in
respect to the whole of Lots 135 and 156 and part
of Lots 154 and 157 on Plan 319, all of which are
shown outlined in red on Schedule -A- to this 3v-
Law."
No part of this By-Law shall Come into force without the approval
