BY-LAW NUMBER
A By-Law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to amend
By-Law 4117/72 - A By-Law to appoint
members to the Township of Pickering
Planning Board.
Whereas Mr. W. Hussey a member of the Pickering Township
Planning Board has given notice of resignation from the
Board, due to business reasons
and Whereas it will be necessary to fill the vacancy
as a result of this member's resignation
Be it therefore Enacted by the Municipal Council of the
Township of Pickering that

Ding Board to complete the unexpired term of
Mr. W. Hussey - Terminating January 1, 1974.
Read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in open
Council this day of - , 1972.
