By-Law of the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering authorizing the Reeve and
Clerk to sign an agreement with the
Township of Uxbridge relative to Fire
Fighting Service.
WHEREAS it is expedient for Pickering Township to provide limited
fire fighting service to portions of Uxbridge.
AND WHEREAS the authority for this agreement is contained in
Section 376 of the Municipal Act. R.S.O. 1970 Chapter 284 as
amended.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township
of Pickering that the Reeve and Clerk be, and they are hereby
authorized to sign an agreemenL? providing limited fire fighting
services to portions of the Township of Uxbridge.
